I was tasked with creating two major event pieces for Entrata Summit 2024—an energetic Kickoff teasing upcoming product announcements, and a Theme piece expanding on the concept of “Autonomous Property Management.”
Kickoff
The Kickoff was produced using custom-shot live-action footage, 3D visuals made in Blender, and 2D motion graphics built in After Effects. I directed the video shoots and led every stage of the motion design workflow, including modeling, animation, compositing, and editing.
Summit theme
In order to illustrate the idea of Autonomous Property Management, I was asked to storyboard, film, and animate graphics answering the question— What would it look like if your property could utilize the power of Entrata’s AI platform to take care of time consuming tasks, and give back valuable time to your site teams? I developed vignettes of motion to illustrate the core functionality of AI within the Entrata platform.
Entrata summit is the largest provider-run Property management event in the Nation. creating these two assets in-house required many hours of planning, collaboration with our design team, and painstaking attention to detail during post-production. the videos were viewed by over 600 attendees at the conference, and subsequently hosted on Entrata’s homepage.
